Be healthy, eat your greens
Not a huge amount to blog about today as simply took a look around the resort of Costa Teguise, got our bearings, and watched the Swans! I will provide a little more meat on those bones, but won't be the full carnivore experience. I'd come back tomorrow if you want something a little more substantive. Took a peek out the window at blue skies and palm trees across from our balcony, that being one of the reasons we came, mental health and well being. Whilst a comfortable 22 degrees towards the middle of the day a little less comfortable for running in than anticipated as Chrissi and I were both to find out. I looped south for the first part of my run so I could take a look out for the Barcelo resort where I am meeting my swimming coach tomorrow (don't ask, but spot the pool here ) and then cut back onto the boardwalk for a few miles along the cost into the main resort centre.
